Still Time to VOTE – Heathlake’s Proposed Amendment to “Prohibition of Trade and Offensive Activities”

We still haven’t heard from all the Heathlake Owners about the proposed amendment to the “Prohibition of Trade and Offensive Activities” Deed Restriction.  If you haven’t yet voted (on Heathlake.org or via paper ballot) please use the button below to see a presentation, an online vote button, and a paper ballot option.

Only Homeowners are allowed to vote, 1 vote/Lot.

(Deed Restriction Committee members are also Block-Walking and are willing to bring a ballot to your home.)

Adoption of this proposed amendment will require 2/3 of the Homeowners’ approval.  Each Lot is allowed one vote.  If you have already submitted a paper ballot you do not need to vote again.

Questions–or need a Deed Restriction Committee member to bring a ballot to your home?  Please contact Kathy Clark at clark.kathryn54@yahoo.com or any other Deed Restriction Committee member listed in the online presentation.

To Vote or to access the presentation, you need to Sign-in to the Heathlake Website. If you are not registered, go to “Resident Sign-in” and then to “Register”. Fill the information and click on “Register Your Account” at the bottom of the form. You will receive an email to confirm the registration. Make sure that you check your “spam/junk” folders since many times the email is redirected to those folders. If you still have problems logging in, contact Piero Puccini at ppuccini.pp@gmail.com.
