2. Clarify information presented in email sent to community on April 18th, subject “Heathlake Association Board Activity”
3. Open forum for HO issues moderated by the board
   • Airbnb – general discussion about airbnbs — input from Graham Management, HOA bylaws, HOA attorney’s feedback
   • Peafowl – facts presented on Texas law regarding exotic birds and HO rights
   • Community cul-de-sac / block parties — introduction of Eric Heflin, Events Committee Chair
