Clubhouse
The clubhouse, located at 12010 Carriage Hill Dr., can be rented for personal functions ($10/hr), social clubs ($15/hr) or business activities ($25). A four hour minimum is required. You can rent the clubhouse daily from 8 am to midnight. Keep in mind that renters assume full responsibility of their guests.
A deposit of $100 for personal and social use and $200 for business use is required. You will receive your refund after the clubhouse is inspected for damage, loss of equipment or cleaning issues.
