Howdy Everyone!
I hope everyone has had a fresh start to the New Year and is ready to get a little hands-on with our amazing community! On March 3, 2024, from 2-4 pm, come to the Clubhouse and check out our Volunteer Fair. The HOA board has been working behind the scenes to get the budget and big things lined up for this upcoming year to make a significant impact. However, with only five of us, we can only get some things done on our own. So, we have specially curated a handful of critical volunteer positions that would genuinely go unnoticed!
Roles:
- Maintenance help. (This would be someone(s) with general home maintenance knowledge and flexibility to periodically meet vendors during the week when the board is unavailable.
- Landscaping/Gardening (Having somewhat of a green thumb and knowledge of plants to help guide future landscaping.)
- Communications (writing skills and some technical knowledge to help design emails or website posts and help with a new digital directory. )
- Social Events ( An extrovert who wants to help plan fun events!)
- ACC committee ( Someone who wants to learn about deed restriction and is willing to help review improvement requests.)
If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them at the volunteer fair, or feel free to email us, and we will answer any question to the best of our ability!
New Pool Key Fobs are Ready!
Along with finding out all about the volunteer positions, we have finally been able to coordinate with ADT and get all the proper equipment in and installed. We have new key fobs available and will be able to distribute them to you at the volunteer fair. Now, if you’re not interested in volunteering, that is okay, and there will be no pressure, but still pop by and grab your fobs so you can fully enjoy all the amenities.
Key fobs are available before March 3!

We will require your name, address, and phone number to issue your fob, so please include it in your message.
