Heathlake Assessment due by 31st
A reminder that our 2022 Association assessment of $770.00 is due by January 31st in order to avoid a late fee charge and interest.

Payment by Mail
If you have lost the return envelope, please use the following address to make sure your payment gets posted. All checks should be made payable to Heathlake Community Association and include the invoice coupon if possible to avoid posting delays.

Online Payment Options
- E-checks are processed like regular checks. You will need your bank account number and your routing number to make an e-check payment.
- There is a $1.99 processing fee for e-checks.
- Debit/Credit Cards – you can make HOA payments using most major credit cards. There is a processing fee of 3.25% for credit and debit card payments.
- It may take up to 1-2 business days to credit your association account, so payment should be submitted at least two business days prior to the due date.

There is a one-time processing fee of $35.
NOTE: Due to the pandemic, Graham’s office is closed to the public and will not be accepting in person payments.
