Welcome to our Heathlake Community
A few resources to get you started
We use several methods of communication:
Garbage is collected twice a week, Monday and Thursday mornings. Place your garbage in large plastic bags within your garbage bin(s). The collectors will come to the back of your driveway near your garage door for pick up. Have your trash ready by 6 am. Although yard waste is picked up with regular garbage, you can set out yard and leaf bags on the curb the day before. Branches can be bundled into sections up to 4 feet in length. No garbage service is offered on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Phone: 281-342-8178
Office Hours: M-Th, 8:00 – 5:00 pm ; 8:00 – 4:00 pm
Email : service@texaspridedisposal.com
There is no designated heavy trash day. You can dispose of two heavy trash items such as furniture or carpeting on any garbage service day. You cannot dispose of dirt, rocks, bricks, concrete, liquid paints, fuels, oils, tires, pesticides, fertilizer, batteries and all construction debris.
Recycling is collected once a week on Thursday mornings. Place recyclables in the recycling bin (or larger bin you can buy at hardware stores) on the curb of your home. The collectors will NOT walk down your driveway to collect recycling. Click Here to see what is and is not recyclable. From time to time the neighborhood has an electronics recycling drive. Look for information in the announcements section or calendar on the homepage. You can also contact compucycle.net (713-869-6700)
Pool hours are from 7 am to 10 pm. No lifeguard is on duty. You will need a key card to enter the clubhouse grounds where the pool and tennis courts are housed. Refer to the pool page for more info and to fill out the required form. If you need a key card contact Kasie Randolph – vicepresident@heathlake.org.
The clubhouse can be rented to residents for personal functions, social clubs or business activities at different hourly rates. For a list of guidelines and application form, refer to the clubhouse page.
The picnic grounds are available to you and your guests. Bring your key card to enter. Please enjoy the grills for cooking burgers, hot dogs and such. Due to food allergies, neither crawfish boils nor shellfish are allowed on the grills.
When you bought your home or signed your lease, you received a copy of the deed restrictions. If you are thinking of doing any improvements to your property, first read the deed restrictions. You will learn about what is allowed and what is prohibited in our neighborhood.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is here to help you interpret and follow the deed restrictions. Our Heathlake representative, Graham Management (arc@grahammanagementhouston.com) and a group of volunteers will review your application form and guide you through the process. You must get pre-approval from the ACC, which can take up to 30 days, before starting your project.
